Q: What do you enjoy About working at North Coast Physical Therapy?

A: I have been a physical therapist for 25 years and worked in several clinics throughout that time. I have spent over 5 years at NCPT and would call it my home away from home. I have enjoyed working here for two reasons: the people and the time that I spend with each patient.

The patients and staff have become family to me, each sharing our goals, ideals, sadness, and joys. I have seen many patients walk through our doors with painful, strained looks on their faces and walk out with smiles. Having ample time to work with them has made all the difference. At NCPT, our scheduled appointment times are generous which allow me to effectively assess and treat my patients. Fortunately and unfortunately, healthcare has changed in many ways over the past 25 years. Appointment times have varied over the years, forcing valuable treatments into more limited time slots.

When I set out to become a PT, I was eager to make a difference in someone's life. I wanted to help ease their pain, improve their function, and get them back to the life they previously had and desired. NCPT has given me the opportunity to be the physical therapist that I set out to be when I started this journey, and I look forward to treating more of the wonderful patients walking through our doors.
