+ What should I wear to Physical Therapy?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to easily move, such as athletic attire or loose-fitting clothing, that allows the therapist the ability to visualize and examine the treatment area. Closed-toe shoes or sneakers are required.

+ How long will my appointment be?

Appointments last from 45-60 minutes, depending on diagnosis and treatment.

+ Can I be treated without a prescription?

Yes. We offer Direct Access treatment options. If your Insurance Provider does not require a prescription, we can treat you for up to 12 visits and/or a 45 day period. After 12 visits and/or the 45 day period, we require a prescription from your Licensed Physician. Please contact the Main Office for more information on our available options.

+ Will my insurance cover my visit?

When scheduling an initial evaluation, we will request your insurance information. Insurance specialists will verify your treatment benefits with your Insurance Provider prior to your initial visit.

+ Do you accept patients without insurance?

Yes. We offer both self-pay rates and packages for all services, including Pilates, Massage, and Custom Orthotics. Please contact the Main Office for more information regarding self-pay options.

+ Will I have exercises to complete at home?

Yes. Your therapist will provide you with a specific and detailed home exercise program. This program will contain demonstrational videos, viewable on any internet-enabled smart device.
